These terms apply to Hushbell: Balance the Bells (the "App") on iPhone and Android. By downloading or playing the App you agree to them and, depending on where you got the App, to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement or the Google Play Terms of Service.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its chimes, lessons, melodies, art or text, except where the law allows it. Clips of your own chimes that you share are yours to share.
Purchases
- The App is free to play and shows ads. "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that turns off the ads between chimes and makes hints unlimited on devices using the same Apple Account or Google account.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play under their terms. Use Restore in the App (Settings, or the Remove Ads screen) on a new device.
- Without the purchase, a few hints each day are free and more are available through an optional rewarded ad. Watching it is always your choice. Lessons are always free.
Game Center and Google Play Games
Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games under their own terms. We may reset or remove scores that come from cheating or a technical error.
Acceptable use
Please do not interfere with the App, its leaderboards or its services, use automated tools to submit scores, or use the App in a way that breaks the law.
Content and updates
Chimes, lessons, seasons, scenes and features may change as we update the App. The Daily Chime or leaderboards may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance. Progress is saved on your device; deleting the App deletes it.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Privacy and changes
How the App handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
