Terms of Use

These terms apply to Dune Jar: Sand Pictures (the "App"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to them and to the terms of the store you got it from: Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (App Store) or the Google Play Terms of Service (Google Play).

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its jars, pictures, sounds or text, except where the law allows it. Pictures of your own jars that you share are yours to share.

Purchases

• The App is free to play and shows ads. "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that turns off the ads between jars on devices using the same Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play).
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Use Restore Purchases in the App (Settings, or the Remove Ads screen) on a new device.
• The optional rewarded ad gives you more sand when a jar runs out. Watching it is always your choice.

Game Center and Google Play Games

Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android, where available) under their terms. We may reset or remove scores that come from cheating or a technical error.

Acceptable use

Please do not interfere with the App, its leaderboards or its services, use automated tools to submit scores, or use the App in a way that breaks the law.

Content and updates

Jars, beaches and features may change as we update the App. The Daily Jar or leaderboards may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance. Progress is saved on your device; deleting the App deletes it.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

How the App handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
