Terms of Use

These terms apply to Firefly Fields: Light Up (the "App"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to them and to the terms of the store you got it from: Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (App Store) or the Google Play Terms of Service (Google Play).

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its puzzles, art, sounds or text, except where the law allows it.

Purchases

• The App is free to play and shows ads. "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that turns off the ads between puzzles on every device using the same Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play).
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Use Restore Purchases in the App (Settings, or the Remove Ads screen) to restore a purchase on a new device.
• Optional rewarded ads give extra hints or a revive. Watching them is always your choice.

Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android, where available) and are subject to their terms. We may reset or remove scores that come from cheating or a technical error.

Acceptable use

Please do not interfere with the App, its leaderboards or its services, use automated tools to submit scores, or use the App in a way that breaks the law.

Content and updates

Puzzles, gardens and features may change as we update the App. Some features, such as the Daily Garden or leaderboards, may occasionally be unavailable while we maintain them. Progress is saved on your device; deleting the App deletes it.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
